Make A Wish

~*SeaWorld*~

The last day, we visited Seaworld It was fun to go to, to see acouple shows. We saw the Dolphin show, and then the Shamu show which were a lot of fun.

Dillon really wanted to touch the dolphin, but SeaWorld wouldn't let him which was kind of a bummer. If I had known they wouldn't let him do it, and I had to arrange it ahead of time, I would have. But it was no big deal. He still had a lot of fun.

We did some shopping and then headed back to Universal for the rest of the day. Then, we wanted to try to hit the ocean before dark, so we drove up to Cocoa beach, which was about an hour away.

We got to the town before dark, but unforntetly didn't find a place to park and walk up to the beach till it got pretty dark, but the kids still had fun. At least they got to see the Ocean before we headed home.
They had a lot of fun running through the ocean on the beach and collecting sea shells. Connor of course, fell into the water and I wasn't smart enough to bring spare clothes. Luckily we had swimming suits and towels in the car, and we had bought acouple sweatshirts that day, so they had something to change into. We wanted to hit a restaurant to eat. I am sure the restaurant wondered where we came from... being wet and probalby smelly from a long day and then from visiting the ocean.
I wanted to eat seafood before we left Florida though, so we ate at a restaurant in cocoa beach called Florida seafood. I had steak and snow crab for dinner and we had Rock Shrimp for an appetizer. It was wonderful!

The next day was the day that we had to unfornentely head home. It was such a wonderful vacation we didn't want to leave, so it was somewhat of a sad day knowing we had to go home.
We checked out and then hung around the Village before we had to head to the airport.

When we arrived in Omaha, Jane Phillips from Make A Wish foundation greeted us to make sure we made it home safely. She took all of our film, to get it developed for us, and they will also be making us a Creative memories scapbook from our trip. That is SO awesome! I love scrapbooking, but just never find the time to do it, so to have a scrapbook made special for us is very cool!
We were taken home by a limo again. It snowing again when we got to Omaha, and lucky for the kids, school was called off the next day!

We had a WONDERFUL time, and I will be forever grateful to the Make A Wish Foundation and Give the Kids the World, for everything they did for us. It was definetely a vacation to remember and a wish come true for Dillon!
Dillon had a wonderful time. A fantasy vacation we will never forget!
Thank you Make A Wish for everything you did for us!
